Non woven fabric is formed by synthetic plastic granules with other ingredients. This compound is stretched into small strands. These fibers, after being formed, will not be woven together to form fabric but they will be bound by chemical adhesives or by a mechanical method (heat/hot pressing) to form a light and porous fabric material.
Non woven fabric is a relatively new material but has been widely used on the market since its launch and is highly appreciated by customers for its quality, designs and features.
The fabric can be designed in a multitude of ways to fit whatever purpose it needs to serve. Allowing different demands from different fields to still find some usage for the material.
Because of its main ingredient, non woven fabric is lightweight, water repellent, non toxic,... Additionally, compare to regular plastic bags made of polyethylene, non woven bags can be broken down and be decomposed.
Despite being formed by many compounds , the construction of the fabric structure still allow it to be printed on. So logos and prints can all easily be done/
