Purchasing processing

8 standard steps at duong vinh hoa

Customers send Duong Vinh Hoa their requests and product orientation : designs, printing technology, quantity,...

Step 2 : Quotations

We will send detailed quotation to customers based on each type of product provided

Step 3 : Provide Samples

Duong Vinh Hoa will send some samples to the customers designed on their requests before actually producing products

Step 4 : Approval/ Confirmation

Duong Vinh Hoa will confirm the purchase contract once both parties agree on product requirement, delivery time and payment method.

Step 5 : Production

Send product requests to the production department.
Proceeding mass production.

Step 6: Checking and Packing

Test the quality, design, of finish product. Packing according to customer's request.

Step 7 : Delivery

Duong Vinh Hoa commits to delivery goods properly and fully in terms of what stipulated in the purchase contract.

Step 8 : Customer care

Feedback and Suggestions from customers about products will be noted and carefully reviewed, helping Duong Vinh Hoa improve product quality and customer experiences.
